Have you ever had a deadline to meet and the best you could do was stare at your gadget or the paper on your table? Nothing seemed to inspire you and it felt like someone snoozed your brain.
Do you also remember those times when every idea fell into place, when it looked like the thoughts in your head was running faster than your hands could type the words and the only time you raised your head to breathe was when you put that final full stop with a deep sigh? At those moments you had zero negativity, high creativity and absolute focus. That is a flow state.
A consistent flow state is attainable
Having a creative bloc and deadlines to meet can drive you nuts. The question that begs to be answered is how you can attain a consistent flow state.

Increase your Knowledge regularly
“You can’t give what you don’t have.”
The reason why many are unable to enter into the flow state is because they read less. Ideas don’t fall down from the sky, they come from research and critical thinking. In flow state, your mind searches through tons of information stored in your memory to come up with what is eventually written. You can’t see it, but you are building neural pathways in your brain that connects old information to new information and those neural pathways for reading are shared by written communication
Go find your passion. Challenge yourself by reading at least two inspiring books every month.
