The Challenge

Managing such a massive operation on paper proved difficult. Tracking sales and inventory was slow and error prone. The Fanfaro team wanted to digitize the process. They also needed a unique loyalty program to reward existing customers and attract new customers.

The Approach

First, we built mock up user interfaces. With approval from the client, we built the frontend, making it functional and consuming APIs from the App's backend.
We implemented features to ensure a seamless user experience.
